Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Tampa from the age of thirteen, Rosandra came to know Christ as a teenager and has remained committed to her faith journey.
Rosandra Gonzalez serves as the Special Projects Coordinator with Visionaries of Christ Ministries, where she has faithfully served since 2014. She has a heart for serving children and families and is passionate about teaching biblical truths in ways that are engaging, nurturing, and age appropriate.
Rosandra is also an active member of Iglesia Comunidad de Fe in Tampa, Florida, where she has been under the pastoral leadership of Pastors Ramón and Yudy Nina since 2019.
Throughout her years of service, Rosandra has been actively involved in various areas of ministry, including children’s ministry, missionary service, outreach coordination, and church leadership, with experience in roles such as assistant treasurer and youth president. She currently serves as a children’s ministry leader and teacher in her church, participates in online hospitality ministry, and assists with small group leadership.
Rosandra has completed biblical studies at the Assemblies of Christian Churches’ Theological Institute (ITAIC) in Tampa, Florida, and has participated in ministry leadership and discipleship training focused on spiritual formation, including leadership development through the Ten Essential Skills Executive Leadership Program by Leader Labs, Inc.
She also holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of South Florida and a Master of Public Administration / Master of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida.
Through every season, she has remained faithful, focused, and devoted to serving others. Her desire is to glorify God and serve faithfully wherever He leads.
