Our Story
Visionaries of Christ began in October 2000. Moved by God’s purpose and guided by the Holy Spirit, Rev. Julio Ríos Valentín started with an idea to develop what God had placed in his heart.
This idea grew from a desire to serve and be a blessing to his local church and community. However, what began as an idea blossomed into a vision and has now become a growing organization that God is using to bless the body of Christ and expand the Kingdom of Heaven.
Our organization serves the church community globally, working with them thru ministerial counseling, pastoral care, leadership empowerment, mentoring among other services we provide. We help churches by putting tools in the hands of their workers, who are few but courageous.
We give honor and glory to God, for allowing us to reach 35 states and 10 countries, preaching, educating, serving in missions, and evangelizing for the glory of God and the advancement of the Kingdom of Heaven.
Through God’s mercy and grace, we have reached unexpected heights and have been exposed to life-changing experiences. As the years go by, God continues to open doors and surpass our expectations.
God has blessed us with a tremendous team comprised of diverse leaders and ministers. We give all honor and glory to God for all that He has done, is doing, and will continue to do with our ministry!

Teach, Empower, Guide
What do we Teach?
We teach fundamental biblical beliefs, values, morals, principles and practices which will help achieve growth and maturity. We educate on the importance of cultivating a meaningful relationship with God which will enrich the individual’s personal life, leadership and ministry.
How do we Empower?
We empower individuals by helping them to develop their abilities, we help strengthen their confidence and we create a support system which will allow them to believe, embrace, and work towards defining and achieving their divine purpose.
How do we Guide?
Thru wise counsel, we guide individuals on how to adequately apply biblical scriptures, use spiritual gifts, critical thinking skills, and strategic planning to discern and identify the proper path for their continued development and success. Assisting, when necessary, in matters which will require the use of conflict resolutions skills in order to better navigate challenges and adversity.
