Welcome to our mentorship program
This program is designed to specifically assist the pastoral team, and its purpose is to serve as a tool for their ministries and for their development and advancement.
We work with the pastoral team to create productive and supportive systems in which they can reach their full potential and maximize the use of all their resources.
Through this program, they will have access to benefits such as administrative consulting, infrastructure organization, strategic development planning, spiritual guidance, pastoral care, and more. Our desire is that this program will be helpful not only to those in the initial stages of development but also to those who have been organized for some time but are seeking progressive changes and new ideas for their ministry, the Church, and their organization.
